Dear Rike,
Many thanks for your prompt delivery of the ordered Notebook. Unfortunately, when opening the cartoon, I found the keybord in a damaged condition. I am not sure whether the damage has been caused by poor handling or wrong packing.
While placing the order, I clearly mentioned that I required this notebook quickly and to be handled with care while delivery. Although I received such goods in time but damaged keyboard caused serious problems to the need of my works.
